This is an awesome cel.
Background is unstuck and matching.
The sequence features a A1 end cel of SSJ3 Goku, with another cel of Janemba, nearly invicible, about to re-appearing in front.
in fact this key cel has also been used as a sort of hanken for cards, and it appears in the coloured manga too as THE scene of the sequence.
