This is an incredible unstuck matching Background, multi layers end cel & key shot.
When Goku's team is jailed and sleeping, evil (and funny) team Pilaf, Shu & Mai are talking in the control room. Mai is then asking if Yamcha is hiding a Dragonball under his pants...
Over Pilaf's head appears then a bubble, like there is in the paper manga.
